Bridge Financing

Bridge financing products work for commercial property owners who need interim financing for minor to moderate renovations or other value-added strategies for their property, repayment of construction loans on properties that have not yet stabilized, or to facilitate 1031 exchanges.  We offer a full range of bridge products that feature:  flexible prepayment structures, financing prepayment structures, financing of up to 90% of costs, loans for as little as $2 million.
