Securitized Commercial Financing (CMBS)

Only multifamily properties are eligible for Fannie Mae financing.  But not all multifamily properties fir the Fannie Mae guidelines.  For those borrowers with multifamily financing needs that Fannie Mae cannot satisfy and for those with commercial properties other than multifamily, Venture provides a variety of financing options through its capital markets group.
